CREDENTIALING
The Administrative and medical staff of the Cabell Huntington Surgery Center are pleased you are considering joining our team of dedicated physicians and highly trained healthcare professionals who are committed to the highest standards of excellence. As you become more familiar with the Surgery Center, please take note of the many ways we strive to support your needs in achieving excellence and efficiency in the care of your patients.
As an Ambulatory Surgery Center we have a Governing Body and bylaws separate from the hospital. The credentialing process usually takes approximately 4-6 weeks, then your application will be reviewed by our Medical Executive Committee.
Since we are not located at the hospital we would be pleased if you would call and schedule a time to visit us. We would be happy to give you a tour and meet some of the staff you would be working with. Be sure to inform us of any ideas, suggestions, or needs you may have that would benefit your experience here.
