			<h2>Convenience</h2>
<ul><li>The convenience of recovering at home generally makes recovery time quicker and easier than an in-hospital stay.</li>
<li>The waiting time is shorter in an out-patient surgery setting for the patient and physician. </li>
<li>We offer pre-registration services for patients who wish to pre-register over the phone or who wish to come in the days before surgery.</li>
</ul><h2>Lower Cost</h2>
<ul><li>Since there are less substantial overhead costs than in the hospital setting, costs are usually much lower for out-patient surgery at CHSC.</li>
<li>Some insurance companies will cover certain surgical procedures only on an out-patient basis.</li>
<li>We offer the services of CareCredit®, a financial institution that is available for medical lines of credit, for those patients who don't have the funds to pay for surgery up front - Interest Free!</li>
</ul><h2>Reduced Stress</h2>
<ul><li>In the majority of cases, out-patient surgery is less stressful than in-patient surgery.</li>
<li>Children who are having surgery spend less time away from their parents.</li>
<li>Shorter time in recovery than in a hospital setting.</li>
<li>Simplified admitting and discharge procedures provide added convenience for the patient.</li>
